It
is time again for our annual Flea Market & Craft Show.
Thank you for your participation in the past.
We hope that you will be returning to Ely this summer for our 9th annual
show.
We
continue to work to improve our show each year. Over 30,000 people visit Ely the weekend of the Flea Market
for the Blueberry Arts Festival, and we want to get as many of them as possible
to stop by the arena. If you have
any ideas on how we can improve our show, let us know…any input would be
greatly appreciated.
Over
100 spaces are offered for rent and before we accept reservations from new
vendors, we want to give our past vendors the first chance to reserve their
space. For some vendors, it will be
their 9th summer at our show!
Enclosed
you will find a registration form and vendors contract for 2008.
Please return these with your payment by March 17th.
After that date, registration will be opened to new vendors and those on
the waiting list. Unless you
indicate otherwise, you will be assigned the same space you had in the past, or
as close to it as we can arrange.

Arts Festival)

9 am - 6 pm both days

$1.00 Admission
Free - Children 12 and under

Indoor comfort of the Ely Ice Arena
Space
Sizes:
Spaces are 10’ x 10’ (Over 100 spaces available)
Booth
Rental Rates:

Each
booth space is $40 for both days
§
A
limited number of tables (6’) are available for rent at $5.00 each
Show
Confirmation:

When
registration form and total payment are received your space will be reserved,
and a confirmation will be sent. (This
will be sent via email when possible)

Up Times:
Thursday, July 24th 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm & Friday, July 25th 6:30 am -
8:30 am
Accommodations:
§
Local
motels and resorts fill up early for this weekend. We
can provide a free space for a vendor’s RV or tent in the Arena parking lot
area.
