Player Move-Up Request Process

If you feel your child should be placed on a team at a higher level than their birth year recommends, please complete one of the applicable Player Move-Up Request Forms. Your request will be reviewed by the EBLC Board, and you will receive a response as soon as possible.

• In the meantime, please have your player continue attending practices at the level they are currently registered for until a decision is made, and you will be notified once a decision is made.
