Team Manager Requirements

Team Managers need to register with USA Hockey, complete SafeSport training and complete background screening.

Registger with USA Hockey every year that you're a Team Manager. Be sure to register as a manager/volunteer and forward your USA Hockey confirmation number to the Registration Coordinator.

SafeSport training is required every year.

Safe Sport Training

Team Managers need to complete a MN Hockey background screening. Screening is $30 and is good for 2 years. If you'd like reimbursement, use the EBLC Reimbursement Form and submit to Scott K (Treasurer).

Background Screening/Check

Use this form to claim reimbursement for your background screening. Be sure to attach your receipt and/or confirmation to your claim.
